Job Title: Performance Manager

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Manager to monitor, analyze, and improve network performance, operational efficiency, and service quality while ensuring compliance with customer-defined SLAs and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee operational reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
Lead technical teams and improve staff productivity
Monitor and manage network performance and operational KPIs
Drive service reliability and reduce SLA violations
Coordinate fault management and network optimization activities
Analyze performance trends and implement corrective actions

Requirements

Proven experience in telecom operations, network performance, or technical operations management
Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field
Experience managing technical teams and operational performance metrics.
